Tender and supply-chain assurance

Close the gaps before the client finds them.

Practical support with contractor questionnaires, competence evidence, policies and supply-chain checks—so your submission says the same thing as your actual arrangements.

Evidence, not box-ticking

Be ready to demonstrate how you work.

PQQs and client questionnaires often reveal gaps at the worst possible time. We review requirements, map them against the evidence you already have and help create proportionate arrangements where something is genuinely missing.

Use the contractor PQQ health and safety checklist to organise the evidence before the next submission.

  • PQQ and tender health and safety responses
  • Policy and procedure review
  • Training, competence and expiry arrangements
  • Subcontractor assessment questionnaires
  • Insurance, accreditation and evidence registers
  • Corrective-action and improvement plans

Gap review

A clear view of what exists, what is weak and what needs attention first.

Submission support

Help responding accurately without overclaiming capability or creating empty promises.

Ongoing control

Simple registers and review points so the same gaps do not return at the next tender.

Common questions

Before you put it on our desk.

Can you guarantee a PQQ or accreditation will be accepted?

No responsible consultant can guarantee another organisation’s decision. We can help you provide accurate, relevant evidence, identify gaps and respond to comments without overstating your arrangements.

What does contractor competence evidence include?

The evidence should be proportionate to the work and may include skills, knowledge, experience, organisational capability, training, supervision, previous performance and the resources available for the project.

Can you review our subcontractors as well as our own submission?

Yes. We can help establish a proportionate questionnaire, evidence register and review process for subcontractors, while your business retains responsibility for appointments and ongoing management.
