• One existing RAMS pack for one activity on one project, normally up to 20 pages
• Review against the supplied scope, site information and client comments
• Written findings on significant gaps, unclear controls and inconsistencies
• A short handover call
• One recheck of amendments addressing the original findings, submitted within 14 days

Turnaround: normally three working days after complete information is received and the booking is agreed.

Separately quoted: replacement RAMS drafting, additional activities, specialist calculations and site attendance. Client acceptance cannot be guaranteed.

Organise the information before work starts.

From £695 per project

The starting package covers one straightforward site, one contractor business and up to three defined work packages.

• A project scoping call and review of supplied information
• An information-gap register covering missing surveys, decisions and responsibilities
• Preparation or revision of a proportionate construction phase plan
• Review of one existing RAMS pack for one activity on the project, normally up to 20 pages
• A practical pre-start action list for the project arrangements
• A handover call and one consolidated revision within the agreed scope

Turnaround: normally five to seven working days after complete information is received and the booking is agreed. Larger, phased or complex projects receive a bespoke quote.

Separately quoted: surveys, designs, specialist assessments, site inspections, additional RAMS and formal dutyholder appointments. Support helps the responsible team prepare; it does not certify that a site is ready to start.

Regular support with a defined monthly allowance.

Use your agreed professional time for advice, document reviews, drafting and management support. Calls, preparation and meetings all count towards the allowance.

• A simple time summary and notice before the allowance is exhausted

Clear working terms

• Initial setup: £195, including up to two hours to understand the business and agree priorities. Substantial remedial work is separately quoted.
• Monthly payment in advance, a rolling arrangement and 30 days’ notice.
• Unused hours expire at the end of each month.
• Additional time: £110 per hour, agreed before it is used.
• We aim to acknowledge requests within one working day and agree a completion date for each task.
• Site visits, emergency attendance and specialist services are separately quoted.
• Being named as your competent adviser requires a suitability review and written agreement.

Your business retains its responsibilities for implementing advice, managing the site and supervising the work. The desk supports those arrangements within the agreed scope.
