Who we are
Construction Safety Desk is a trading name of LG Innovations Ltd, company number 14787668. We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and deliver agreed services.
Enquiry information
The website form may collect your name, business contact details, company, service required, deadline, project region and project information. A telephone number is optional. We may receive the guide or service page from which an enquiry started, the referring page and campaign tags to understand which information helps visitors. This is used to respond to your request and take steps toward a potential contract. Please avoid including medical or other special-category personal data unless it is necessary and we have agreed how it should be handled.
How enquiries are delivered
Form enquiries are saved in a secure website database before an email notification is sent through Resend, our transactional email provider, to an authorised Construction Safety Desk inbox. We record delivery status so failed notifications can be identified and saved enquiries recovered. Access to saved enquiry records is restricted to authorised management of the site. Website hosting and security providers may also process limited technical information needed to operate and protect the service.
On-page planning tools
Checklist ticks and information-gap register entries stay in your browser page memory. They are not submitted to us or sent to Analytics. You can download your own register as a text file; entries are lost when you leave or refresh the page.
Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is optional and does not load until you select “Accept analytics.” If accepted, it helps us understand pages visited, approximate location, device type, traffic source and successful enquiry events. Form names, email addresses, telephone numbers and enquiry text are not sent to Google Analytics. You may reject analytics or change your choice using the cookie settings control.
Retention and sharing
Information is not sold. It may be processed by essential providers used for email, website hosting, analytics and business administration. Records are retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry, service, legal, tax or insurance purpose.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, restriction or deletion of personal information and may object to certain processing. Email hello@constructionsafetydesk.co.uk or use the website enquiry form and state that your message is a privacy request. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
