Support when you need it.

Remote support works well for growing contractors that need competent input but cannot justify, recruit or fully occupy a permanent safety manager. It can also reinforce an existing team during busy periods, tender deadlines or complex projects.

Where the need is recurring, explore the scope and boundaries of a construction health and safety retainer.

  • Telephone, email and video-call advice
  • RAMS and construction phase plan reviews
  • Policy, procedure and management-system support
  • Client, tender and PQQ response assistance
  • Incident and corrective-action guidance
  • Monthly priorities and compliance check-ins

Common questions

Before you put it on our desk.

Can remote support satisfy the need for competent health and safety advice?

Remote support can form part of an employer’s arrangements for competent assistance where it is suitable for the business, risks and work. The employer still retains its legal duties, and some activities may also require site visits or specialist input.

Is support available for a single urgent problem?

Yes. One-off help can cover a defined document, client comment, tender question or compliance issue. Ongoing support is available where the need is broader.

Does the service replace site supervision?

No. Remote advice supports management arrangements but does not replace suitable site management, supervision, worker consultation or task-specific competence.
