Documents that reflect the job

RAMS and plans people can actually work from.

Construction-specific risk assessments, method statements and project plans developed from your scope, site constraints, sequence and controls—not recycled wording.

Discuss your requirements
Useful before impressive

Clear enough to brief. Strong enough to review.

A polished document is not automatically a suitable one. We focus on whether the work sequence is understood, the significant risks have been addressed and the controls are credible for the people delivering the activity.

If comments have already arrived, review the common reasons construction RAMS are rejected before resubmitting.

  • New RAMS development from your scope and sequence
  • Independent RAMS review and challenge
  • Construction phase plan preparation and improvement
  • COSHH, lifting, traffic and task-specific supporting assessments
  • Client-comment closeout and document revision
  • Document registers and review arrangements

Send the scope

We identify the missing site, plant, people and sequence information before drafting.

Review together

Your delivery team checks that the proposed method reflects how the job will be done.

Control revisions

Changes are clear, traceable and incorporated before the document is briefed.

Common questions

Before you put it on our desk.

What information is needed before RAMS can be prepared?

At minimum we need the work scope, sequence, location, people, plant, materials, interfaces and known site constraints. Higher-risk work may require designs, surveys, permits or specialist information.

Can you revise RAMS rejected by a client?

Yes. We review the client comments and the underlying method, then identify what can be corrected and what needs clarification from the delivery team. Changes should reflect the real work rather than simply satisfy wording comments.

Does every project need a construction phase plan?

Yes. Under CDM 2015 a construction phase plan is required for every construction project before the construction phase begins. Its detail should be proportionate to the project and risks.
